3. How We Use Data

  • Populate, validate, and generate immigration forms in PDF format; provide previews and downloads
  • Assign a named employee to complete/sign the USCIS preparer section on applicable forms
  • Process our service fees via Stripe; we do not collect or store full card numbers or CVV to pay for our fees
  • Send transactional e‑mails/receipts and secure download links; provide support
  • Improve the site using aggregated or de‑identified analytics (no cross‑context advertising)
  • Detect fraud, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We disclose data only to:

  • Service providers under contract: Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting/storage), email and analytics providers (GA4 configured for measurement only)
  • Government/USCIS: only when you choose to file and include the forms we generated; we do not auto‑file with agencies on your behalf
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights; and—as California law permits—if you provide written consent for law‑enforcement access to your file
  • Corporate transactions: in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to confidentiality and continued protection of your data

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit and at rest, least‑privilege access, logging/monitoring, and regular security reviews. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider; we rely on tokenization so your full card details bypass our servers.

7. Your Privacy Choices & Rights

  • Access, correct, download, or delete your data via your dashboard or by e‑mailing info@greenguard.help (we’ll verify your request to protect your data)
  • California/other U.S. state rights: no discrimination for exercising rights; opt‑out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and the right to limit use/disclosure of Sensitive PI to what’s necessary to provide the service. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
  • Marketing preferences: we send mainly transactional messages; you can unsubscribe from optional updates anytime

8. International Users

Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. by us and our providers under appropriate contractual safeguards.
